BMP to PNG converter

How to use it
Converts uncompressed 24/32-bit BMP (40-byte BITMAPINFOHEADER, BI_RGB) to PNG. Does not support 1/4/8/16-bit, RLE, bit masks or V4/V5 headers. The unused byte in 32-bit BMP is not interpreted as alpha. Both top-down and bottom-up BMPs are supported.
The original stays unchanged. New PNGs may differ in size and color appearance. Visible text, faces and location clues in the image remain.
